After years of working alongside homebuilder sales teams, Charlie saw a recurring problem: online leads don't stop when an Online Sales Counselor takes a day off, goes on vacation, takes leave, or a position becomes temporarily vacant.

But maintaining experienced, licensed backup coverage for those situations isn't always practical.

That's why BSC was created.
